Hmmm, I would say that she sent those letters “threw the box” to her daughter and just had it arranged that someone on “earths side” pick them up and deliver them and the person continued the letters was maybe her dad or one of her moms close friends in their original world. Since it is a fact they have traveled from there to earth and can send letters as well.

Bruhhhhhh the dude read Wuthering Heights and the only thing he had to say about it was the ‘passionate love’??? That is a dark, grim, and depressing tale about revenge, with such awful, hateful characters. The ‘love’ itself was selfish and obsessive too.
(only ranting cause I adore the book, and I hate that he’s asking her if she’s experienced such a ‘passionate love’ herself. imo that’s like asking her if she’s ever thought of killing her boyfriend’s wife)

I honestly think Cordelia is the descendant of the main couples of the fairytale (the red-haired princess and the knight) while the antique store clerk is the descendant of the red-haired princess’ cousin who took the throne.

I’m positive Cordelia is the red-haired child of the princess. Her child portrait is the spitting image! I think whoever found the portrait mistakenly think that the princess and knight’s child is a boy due to her short hair and outfit. Maybe they do not wish to put Cordelia into any harm so they disguise her as a boy. I even started to think that this so-called author, Anne Celine is actually Cordelia’s mother trying to tell her kid about her true hometown.

Other than the red hair and the last name being grey, it is quite obvious that the MC’s bloodline is the same as the “dead princess.” There might have been some time differences between them. the”future” might have been predicted because “it already happened” and see how the story keeps on emphazing the dates in the previous chaapters

Yeah i think that way too. I still cant fully understand how the whole timeline thing works but cordelia talking to archie, giving directions and all, somehow made it possible for him to go to her world, just like how cordelia’s mother did. Now the question is how does liam (probably archie) knows that he should give the box to her, and why did he gave it to her. Cause if talking to archie is the beginning that triggers everything including him world-traveling, why does the box giving event seem to happen after? There’s no way for cordelia to communicate with archie before receiving the box, hence there’s no way for her to tell archie in any way that he should give her that box. So my conclusion is that archie and liam might not be the same person but after thinking how the past (archie) and present (cordelia) is able to meet, i think the future (liam) can also take part so liam and archie probably the same person just different timeline. Or my theory is just confusing af lmao

I’m not sure I want to keep reading this. I used to write as well in high school and would pass it around my class. I got into an argument cause a classmate insisted that I should end it more clearly so they won’t be disappointed cause they felt it was lacking when I had my own reasons to end it the way I did.
I’am not a professional but I disliked it when someone went and created a more “appropriate” ending to my stories.
An author have their reasons for ending their stories the way they do. We should not meddle with it just cause as a reader we are curious and want to have a romantic and happy ending.
I give the 2nd chapter a chance and go from there.
