Why is it moving so slowly, I feel like they’re dragging this too much. The chapters are short and the progress is very minimal, season 2 so far could have been done in like just 2 chapters, seriously It’s not living up to season one, the only thing that it has going on for it so far is the art, sigh ?
nah they deserve to stretch this a little. they must work insanely hard to achieve this level and quality of art and we’re consuming it for free. I also think it’s quite symbolic – the Agriche’s entire family history and makeup is full of blood, death, slavery, and the occult. roxanna’s rebellion is monumental because she’s taking it out of that realm, and at the same time we’re viewing the factions slowly beginning to form (Jeremy’s utmost support, Dion’s unpredictable obedience but only for the moment, Griselda’s unknown stance, and Fontaine’s bait). S2 may just be this overthrowing, who knows, but the tone is purposefully being crafted. imo, check back when more chapters come or enjoy the eye candy – the story will be a very long and good one
