I don’t see the point of her keeping it a secret from the prince, verre has clearly alluded to have already succeed the mission and relayed the info to their client. The prince will find out in the end and isn’t it better to find out now before it’s too late and he gets into deep shit or die without any plans cuz he didn’t know cuz she kept hiding it cuz yes lets deny and avoid the truth till the end and it will eventually go away and they’ll all live peacefully ever after like the loving family that they are.
