My guess is that after all this is resolved, the imperial line will be removed, eyepath will confess to the purple haired duchess, combining those two duchies together, Rian will keep LaFloyd and Calabria, the remaining duchy may be given imperial lands to balance things out (or they’ll split it up some other way), and they’ll either choose a new emperor amongst them (likely Rian), choose some other form of government, or split the empire in three.
