Honestly, I don’t know what to feel. I don’t see any problems in them being siblings since first, they’re not blood-related. And second, they’ve never thought of each other as siblings. The only problem here is the grandfather since he thinks of the 2 as a pair of siblings, and it’d be a bit weird for them to marry and having to explain it to him.
