Honestly, my take on this so far is. ML is not a jerk for the first time in forever, FL isn’t naive and doesn’t show Muhammad empathy. Their relationship isn’t toxic at all, no manipulation or possessiveness so far from ML, they actually communicate. The plot is great. Villains are VERY HATABLE, I want them to suffer. So it’s pretty good so far.
