I can’t really understand some commentators under this chapter. Like people who call Riftan overbearing are kinda right but in this situation he’’s claims are justified. I mean in the novel Max almost died.
Sometimes I get really annoyed that manhwa softens things up. I really wish it’d be 19+ jousei just like original story. Plus moments where Riftan took care of Max were a lot more touching in the novel 🙁
