I think Gabel is the knight with arrows. He’s one of the trio that always with Riftan (the yellow, the ginger, and he’s the black one).
And yes, I think the one who looking at Maxi with the dog is Riftan. Since he talked about a knight who sneaked into the castle to look for Maxi as she’s the misteryous daughter of the duke.
The next chapter is supposed to come out 20 July I think, I’ve heard the writer is sick or something so it’s difficult to release and finish the chapters
