I’m a little confused. Ray acts younger but her mother died giving birth to her. Is Ray younger and the siblings have different mothers? Or is Ray older and just acts younger?

I had the same wonder as @devilchil35 . If Ray is older, then why does she act like “he stole her place”? Sure, he’s “innocent” (acts like a kid his age anyway), but it only stands to reason that the first born should be the heir. Especially since he can summon spirits and she can’t. She would have no reason to believe that should be her place in the first place, unless he was younger than her. Everything would make sense then, except that their mother died when she was born.
@Kian no, no. She never though he “stole her place”. She just resented the fact that the father only loved him despite him being naive and not as smart while she was working her butt off to be intelligent in order to get an ounce of attention from their father. She went after the throne because of her growing resentment and dived head first into being evil, seeing no point in trying to be “good” anymore.
