Unpopular opinion, but I like her. She’s doing political moves, has ambition but without the nativity of wanting the ML’s love. She wants to use him as much as he used her.
And what she said to the FL isn’t wrong. It’s sound advice. Because in this situation, Setz -as the powerless party- can be hurt much more than the ML.
I hope this talk inspires Setz to try to garner her own way of self defending (even if it’s by using magic rather than politics) so she can stand besides the ML on equal grounds. Rather than to keep on hiding at the foot of his shadow, with her entire fortune residing on the lenght of his affection (which is a jarringly naive and passive stance).
