why so? the reason he is making it harder for her is because she would make a great emperor he just wants to secure a great person with smarts and kindness for his son and country, everything he did seems ok so far.
lets be honest the manhwa would be a bit more bland if there was no challenge to over come, sure the obstacles were becoming a licensed doctor, but lets be honest that would have been very easy.
so for a harder exam would make a somewhat good challenge we haven’t even gone to the war part yet ( idk if there will be a war but from her last life there was so its safe to assume there will be one) and in that part the hospitals are going to need a lot of help from all the soldiers that will get injured
and she has basically memories from the future and she has great leadership skills and commanding skills to from ordering other doctors and apprentices and is a hard worker with advanced medical knowledge to boot for a king that sounds like a great person to make an emperor.
