I have a thought that it could have also been something deeper, for example maybe Beatrice was always evil in a way but since in the original story Realiana had already died we now see another side of Beatrice due to the change in plot. It seems that she had hired Langston (blueish gray hair guy) to kill Realiana, this is where she found out Brooks was connected to Langston. Langston had previously stated/hinted that it was a client who wanted her dead, cause how else or why else did he want Real I an a dead or even know that Brooks was connected to her. Beatrice is also holding a liquid which we can try and guess that its the poison that Brooks was gonna use. Now then if we go back to the original story as how beatrice came to solve the mystery of her dead friend, wouldn’t it have been easier for Breatrice to solve the murder if she was included in it, plus it is said she came as she heard Real I an a was dead, but how could she receive the information is she had never entered the school in the first place, she could have already known that Realiana would die, although we don’t know Beatrice full motive or reason, if we go back to Brooks and Langston they have no clear reason in why they need to murder Realiana until Beatrice comes, and we know that it was brooks who had started the engagement after being in Langstons debt.
