Kinda wish he wasn’t so strong right off the bat. Some build up would be nice, some sense of tension. Like if he’s not strong, but he can keep up with someone who is stronger and faster than him by reading and anticipating his movements, deflecting instead of blocking, and so on. Skill over raw power, since his body was not trained. It’s been just a handful of days, he should not be able to face a trained soldier and block a frontal attack like it’s nothing. It also gives a sense of progression as he recovers his past strength. There’s no point in saying “I’m not as strong as I was” if he’s still stronger than everyone around him.
But he’s literally been a god or smth, he’s been practicing for literally decades or maybe even centuries, obviously battling with mortals and not just any mortal either but just some knights is going to be easy for him
