Ugh. How dense was he?! He was blinder than fucking dora! Honestly. Couldn’t he have thought that when minerva was a child she heard the people who burnt the villaihe was planning to do it?! And why the fuck would a jewellery store have a fucking sword! And besides he shouldn’t have trusted minerva as a kid because do what there told to! Minerva loved her father and wanted a good life to live, so she listened to her father. That emperor really is dense.???
Hmm…So he can’t break free from the metal bars himself? I was under the impression that he’s very strong. He keeps being deceived, you can be deceived and we all make mistakes to believe those who lie – but he remains believing despite knowing that something was off like why the hell a jewelry shop has the sword? I feel so sad for the royal family who died for nothing, they didn’t do anything wrong and were dragged into this mess. The Emperor had a choice – and he picked the route that killed so many more innocent lives. Yes, he was dragon-like in the wild animals do not think like humans. But he’s been human for how long now?? Did he never learn? Look at our MC – she was a dragon too, died by the hands of a knight she loved – then learnt to forgive – then tried learning what love was…and found someone she wanted to protect and wanted to live a happy life….What good is there if he can live forever but doesn’t learn? Right now, I want to see the empress and her father die a terrible way….No sure why god decided to give the empress foresight into the future because it causes more harm than good.
See I knew it since the first couple chapters! If he just needed that sword to kill him, why wouldn’t the knight (Mir’s mom) who was already wielding the sword, not be able to kill him. She was already a freaking dragon slayer. How could that thought not have occurred to him. He could have at least tested out his theory and have the knight try to kill him and then if that didn’t work consider her daughter as the next best option at the time. This is so frustrating.

Death is the only ending
