My take on Caesar is that he is a shitty playboy with an inferiority complex towards Alfonso. It doesn’t have to be this way had his mom stop trying to make him the successor. (Cmiiw, my memory is blurry, but i remember Caesar not really wanting to follow her mom’s ambition)
With a romance novel logic, if his mom stops fueling his inferiority and he finds his true love, he’d eventually be a better person.
I still dont like him tho. Kept getting in the way of adrianne and Alfonso
