Unfortunately “noona” (older sister) doesn’t always exactly have a familial connotation to it. It’s usually used when a younger male is addressing an older female; a term of endearment. So both Lisandro and Frey has been referring to her as noona which translation unfortunately cannot capture the nuances of when the term is being used in that context.

yall don’t forget he seems to be somewhat of a regressor too (has dreams of the past life) so he knows lisandro had gone insane, probably abused and tormented him just after killing the woman he mightve loved in front of him (og fl). he has several reasons to be this unhinged. and lisandro became crazy after fl left for the temple and essentially abandoned him and focused enough on frey to help him run away in the end. with fl now paying attention to lisandro, it kinda makes sense that frey would be the nutty one in his place this time on top of remembering his past
