This isn’t acting like a child this is the definition of neurodivergence. It means that the person thinks and behaves differently than expected but still reaches the same conclusion. The hyperactivity is a side effect. This is exactly what she is doing. A (technology-free) child would be licking trees or rolling on the floor, messing with the staff, or asking inane and absurd chains of questions most adults would find difficult to answer- whether by embarrassment, lack of patience, or absolute confusion.
