Green haired ghost was a goddess who swore to grant 3 of Kartazen’s wishes. But she soon realized he was an evil man who tricked her to get her power and caused bloodshed.
His wishes included never ending power in his family for generations to come (but in return a member of the same family will become weak and die).
Now in the future out main guy Charteris got the power of grace and thats why his brother Eswar is super sick and was bedridden.
Green Ghost has also been possessing our main girl Rosentine, and I bet she will find a way to break the curse.

The reason why he stormed off so angrily in the other chapter was not because he was furious of Roan’s disregard of self-preservation in order to “protect” him, but because she’s beguiled to do so due to his lack of self-restraint. I see, I see.
