Hard to say.. she’s not trying to fix the inequality issues in the kingdom. First the traitors, second the empress. She can’t move freely if she wants the throne. And right now the problem is not that the king or crown prince are against women in power (so far not implied). The royalties literally have no power against the nobels, thats why this countess said she will back her up because she’s the riches currently. The countess don’t know that in a few months time the empire will invade. Its not the time for power struggles
