And if it was necessary then I just have to listen to those who are always with me like their maid, and who has kept her memory. if she tells me that you fled because of abuse then I have to listen to her. and find a new father and not the right one I fled from! I thought in the last chapter that she might be looking for a new father for her daughter but not the right one. that makes zero sense. and even if he loves her and only wanted the best for her, as others have already written, he still has these cold and malicious expressions on his face just because she asks something. Eg the thing with the child, you can also say normally that you don’t want that because you’re worried about her health, i.e. that of the mother. but not so that you think he kills her just because she mentioned it. that you don’t understand each other to a certain degree and that miscommunication makes things even worse is really the case. but in this case it’s just abuse and misogyny.
