I honestly don’t understand this dude. I understand he hates ex so much but this “love” he has for our MC isn’t love, more like a response of clingy-ness from trauma. Why do you think women who suffered abuse who are told they are loved by a abusive guy clings to them? because the guy is the first to tell them “i love you”? this guy doesn’t love our MC more so sees her as his “savior” and feels like he needs to protect her by literally killing anyone….that’s just straight up crossing the boundaries….he even regards our MC feelings because he knows how she’d react if she knew but still doesn’t care because he still acts like a bastard.
