Alr dropped this damn story. I swear to god that these authors have lost their minds if they keep on writing such predictable stories. They all will feel bad and she will forgive them. Like the story’s are so unrealistic and un-relatable.

Yes ML is the father. No, they’re not ACTUALLY related. Apparently our main chara was his lover, but she became younger in an incident which left him super bitter over the whole thing. He took her in, but he was still angry, so he treated her like shit. Now she’s grown up and looks like her old self, so he’s softened up. They’re also both much older than they look and are god-like beings, supposedly. The novel is over 300 chapters long, btw, so I’ve done a really quick and dirty summary.
Side notes, MC doesn’t forgive the people who mistreated her easily, it’s supposed to take AGES before she gets back together with the ML, and she *does* eventually divorce the husband. Husband apologizes eventually too. There’s a bad trend where all the bad, unforgivable ppl in this story are all female and all the ones eventually forgiven are all male.

If you want girlboss manga suggestions, I’d suggest “I Tried to be Her loyal Sword” and “Sijin”. Much more wholesome girlboss stuff. There’s also “The Villainess Reverses the Hourglass” which is finished.
