Honestly this part of the novel pissed me very much both the professor and the fl. The professor really had this superiority complex and i just hated it and even if the person had bad or great personality that’s not how you judge someone’s intelligence. He was underestimating the female lead (Debora) too much . There was one part were the fl pissed me off, where she acted like she was the one who invented those simple equations and formulas and also later she said she wouldn’t teach these to some ppl like???? Anyways other than that part i enjoyed rest part of the novel yeahhhh

Well, she doesn’t have invented these formulas, but in this world, there is a now way to explain that without talking about her past life, and it’s quite common in these stories to have the protagonist take the fame for their modern previous life.
And for the not teaching thing. She has formulas that can increase magician, but doesn’t have mana herself. So she cannot use it for herself, why should she teach and help some freaks that clearly are enemies ?
She decides to sell the formulas, she has the right to decides to who she sells it.

Yeah, I agree with Kingdo. She isn’t obligated to teach anyone. Knowledge is power, and this is her power. She can choose who to teach this information to, especially when facing those who looked down on her. Why should she reward them for their own prejudice behavior? Similarly, not everyone CAN be taught. Some ppl are just bad at math or don’t WANT to learn from a ‘person like her’.
@Kulcipher at no point were the guys targetting her because she’s a woman…. that was only the random student who was targetting a commoner who he seemed to be attracted to and wanted her attention. Your rant is as accurate as me saying ‘women will really make up anything to attack men’.
