I already concluded his past based on a few scenes but what irks me (and I do get the trauma cuz I may not have been raped but I’ve endured sexual assault by my own family) is the generalisation of an entire gender, the innocent genuinely kind and compassionate women.
Also, tragic past and all but what did the child ever do to be neglected and treated as such by her own father. Trauma nor a tragic past does not excuse being an asshole.
