i agree it’s not very realistic because she pays the craftsmen and the employees more and she gives half of the money to the duke which means she only earns like 5% of the jewelry she sold. :/
I just hope one of these “loyal” crafters doesn’t sell your design to the competition. some people are only loyal in the beginning of their saving grace but once they get comfortable, they forget the sad times and who saved them.
