So, please correct me if I am wrong *I think i’m right lol* but she does attempt suicide and COULD HAVE DIED but the wizard dude *ML/Blondie* takes half of her pain so she wouldn’t die/feel immense pain etc. She still is unconscious and everyone is devastated etc.
So in the novel she made a plan to sneak out of the residence using the pretense of going dress shopping with one of the lady from the ball since she couldn’t commit suicide with many eyes glued on her. She took the Aiden and took him to a sweet shop, she meant to leave quickly but seeing Aiden face stopped as it was shown and after some time the clock tower rang reminding them of the appointment so now Aiden to talking about the appointment with the lady.
