Seems like the other three ml candidates met her at least once in their childhood and are obsessed and basically worship her, while she apparently gets to develop a healthy relationship with Diego.
Sigh* I was really rooting for El and now I’m sad and a little discouraged cuz I really don’t see ml I Diego but meh I’m reading this for my girl not the romance, I just wanna see her love herself and live her life for herself ?

hm i don’t think I mind if cp is the ml. to be honest why invest so much in expectations like that lol, what matters is that their relationship will develop well as the story progresses (of course, not without some twists and turns along the way to keep it interesting). this cp is super sweet- i wish people would stop judging mls based off tropes/titles and go with the flow more. experience is more enjoyable that way
