Really hate to admit it but a father is a father ರ_ರ my own dad dipped before I was even born it was when I got older that I realized it is not something you disregard just because you want to.
Not in the ml case anyway, he didn’t know and maybe things could have been different if he had known ¯\_ಠ_ಠ_/¯ idk but we’re not fathers we can’t really tell what is going through his mind and heart since it has only ever been from the perspective of the fl.

It can have many implications but removing that fact will give u a situation where the father and son didn’t know each other. If her son was a little older, she may have told him and even let him decide.

Everyone is justifying the ML, excusing his behavior by saying he was trying to set her free or whatnot. BUT if he was going to divorce her, he shouldn’t have even had sex with her to begin with, that way rather than a divorce, they could have annuled the marriage and not messed with her reputation. Even better, rather than decide for her, he could’ve actually talked to her and let her decide for herself. But nah, even now he continues to try and make decisions for her. I hope the FL honestly tells him how much he struggles so he truly repents and suffers. It’s fine if she forgives him, but only after he realizes what a complete, utter, selfish asshole he was.
