Looks like they decided to cut the story short and wrap it up. And I’m glad they did. It had a decent start, but the FL’s choices just never made sense. She only made things complicated, and had to rely on Lancelot, whom she constantly pushed away, to save her. It kind of sucks for Lancelot too, to tie himself up like this to someone who doesn’t actually care about him.
