Since Ha Joo Hyun artwork has changed, especially her eyes, she doesnt look that menacing anymore. Rather, she looks delicate and a bit pitiful here. Im really glad Jung Min didnt abandon her here. Not only would it be like a redemption of their bad blood past, it would also end their cycle of hate. Im really looking forward Ho Joo Hyun in the later chaps.
I agree! the characterizations of the main people in this story are some of my favorites and the the authors and artists are brilliant. they’ve all screwed up, they’ve all got screws loose (some way more than others), but high school and social lives are extremely vicious playing fields, especially in societies so stuck on public image like those in East Asia (coming from an East Asian). it sucks that characters like jaehyuk get shoved under labels when he’s like a normal person acting and reacting according to what he sees. all of them are. only siyun is acting outside of this chain but even then, he’s led by and leading jungmin. as readers we just get the privilege of knowing all sides, which sucks since I think people miss the nuances and take it all face level. brilliant way to show real progress, all the back and forth steps

Honestly, I love this story so much. I love the characterization and how everyone here isn’t just a “flat” character— even the minor characters are interesting. For example, the villains aren’t written as just one dimensional characters who hate the MC for no good reason and continue to hate the MC. Everyone here is acting like an actual human being who grows over time and changes with their environment and experiences.
