as much as this slow pace is killing me, is good that he didn’t want to rush anything from the very beginning and wait for her to confess. most yanderes I’ve seen are always too straightforward and limited to “you can’t talk, befriend or even like anyone else and you cant go anywhere without me knowing also I like you, let’s be together forever” of course, he’s still obsessive and plans a future ahead of them but is a different kind of obsessive. he knows he got a problem and tries to give her space and knows his place because he’s trying to be rational, even tho he’s a bit problematic. I hope he gets better in the future, for both of them.
