Guys- I don’t think this is a recent development. There’s gotta be a reason he’s helping her now and if he only cared about her for 3 months then he wouldn’t be able to compare her to the prince he’s been loyal to for most of his life. BASICALLY— HIS BACKSTORY (PROB) ALIGNS WITH ASHLEYSSSSSS!!!
