tbh I feel like she said that cs in her previous life she went through so much worse. Her family loathes her and her sister sealed her powers with the bracelet, also ray was taken from her in that lifetime. Ofc she could’ve died, but compared to what she went through this is nothing. So I don’t think we can call her stupid in this situation, it’s more of what she has experienced that made her say that.
