Imma be honest, I thought the Prince and Veta’s dynamic, in the beginning, would be nice to see but, as @AngieAllum said, I now see they don’t fit each other at all. She’s much too dark and crafty for him.
It is fun to watch her string him along though!
I am not sure if I would call the prince naive. I mean he heard people talk in the work environment how bad heather was with her. That the treatment was harsh. Then heather showed her behavior at the interrogation.
It all adds to the fact that he is interested in her and might close an eye to some of the signs (such as the fact that its the 2nd time she is somehow involved in murder, kidnapping etc.)
