I am angry. He dares call her a traitor? What has her kingdom ever done for her? What did her family and this sister do to her? Legion has done more to her than this country in her lifetime. And he dares call her a traitor? In her place, I would have asked him the question.

While everyone is angry at the guy, I’m more upset at Ingrid. I understand that she’s basically clinging to the last relative she has but to involve Luana without her consent is peak selfishness. Ingrid misses her family, land, friends and wants revenge but never gives a second thought that Luana might not. Luana was abandoned by her family, had no friends, and even met Ingrid at the time of the conquest why would she be willing to risk her life for that and why would Ingrid want her to. If Ingrid truly cared for Luana she’d have some sympathy and take care of her if her revolution went well and given her plausible deniability if things went bad. Now Luana could die for a basic acquaintance and a land that didn’t even treat her as human. And Ingrid can’t pretend she didn’t know how Luana was being treated as a living breathing example is right in front of her. A duke who pledges allegiance to her royal family is treating a ” princess” with such open hostility, Luana would be a fool to join hands with such people. I don’t Ingrid is bad but her intentional “ignorance” towards how Luana would feel about this is upsetting ?
