Well first of all she already accepted death as long as she has full stomach…., actually it seems like she doesn’t care that much if she died because she knew that was the story supposed to be…So being alive is just a bonus for her.

it’s says in the first chapter that she’s Reincarnated and she’s supposed to die with the royal family. That’s why she doesn’t really care and was freaked out the the duke wanted to take her with him.
I f***ing hate people who immediately assume a character is a pushover without going into their mindset first. Did you just ignore what happened before his how she acted. She literally said that her motto is like oh if you’ll die later on it’s better to eat as much as you want. She isn’t like the other MC’s that immediately try to avoid death why? Because her character is literally INSIGNIFICANT she knows she can’t easily change the story that it’s hard to avoid the death. The one thing that she cared about was food and her nanny (and now her sister) so she spent time enjoying what she enjoyed which was eating. And she did not expect to be turned into a personal chef infact it is obvious she forgot about the fact that he was cursed. Like yeah ofcourse she is careless because she already came to terms with her dying and if you point out how she is still avoiding death she still is keeping mind that she can easily die and that it doesn’t matter at much. Look maybe my logic doesn’t make sense but still don’t try to like think of what you would do in her position but instead think of what she would do first
