neglect is also a form of child abuse, therion is a victim as well 🙁 we know his hate for northerner’s is not as intense as before because of elkin! therion is a really great character imo, i like that we can see his ambition clearly
it certainly doesn’t justify his hate but it’s understandable that in his young, broken mind, he connected the points in that direction. it was hard for him to blame his mother so he blamed those who took his siblings and created this inferiority complex. regardless, he’s a wonderfully written character and the author did a fantastic job of fleshing him out
