She lost all ways to keep track of time when she arrived there which was suspect, to begin with. Especially since we don’t even know how her wristwatch broke. It never talks about her pay. Is she just getting room and board for her work. If she is getting more than that what bank is it going to. She has never left the property and I am not sure she can. Maybe the messed-up room and bloody sheets are a reality, and their brains are filtering things to be a sense of normalcy.
